Like previous year this year we are arranging Montreal’s the best Halloween Party!
Opening & Introduction
8:00 PM – Opening & Introduction
The evening begins with a warm welcome to all guests. The main speaker will introduce the program, share what to expect throughout the night, and highlight key activities. This sets the tone for a fun and memorable Halloween celebration.
8:15 PM – Icebreaker & Social Time
Guests are invited to mingle, grab a welcome drink, and enjoy light background music. This is a great opportunity to meet others, explore the venue, and admire everyone’s costumes.
Costume Parade & Contest
8:30 PM – Costume Parade & Contest
It’s time to showcase creativity! Guests who wish to participate in the costume contest will parade in front of the crowd. Judges (or the audience) will vote for categories such as:
- Scariest Costume
- Funniest Costume
- Most Original Costume
- Best Group/Pair Costume
Winners will be announced later in the evening.
The Délice Part
9:00 PM – Food & Drinks
A selection of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be served.

Guests can relax, recharge, and enjoy delicious bites before the main entertainment begins.

9:30 PM – Special Guest Performance
Get ready for laughter! 🎤 Our special guest, stand-up comedian Dave Joseph, is joining us all the way from Ottawa, Ontario. He’ll take the stage to deliver a hilarious set guaranteed to keep the energy high and the crowd smiling.
Dance Floor Opens and the Special Highlights
10:00 PM – Dance Floor Opens
The music turns up and the dance floor opens! Guests can enjoy dancing, themed lighting, and festive vibes.
10:30 PM – Special Highlights
The spotlight returns to the host or main speaker for announcements:
- Costume Contest Winners revealed 🎭
- Raffle draw or surprise giveaway (optional)
- Thank you message to all guests
10:45 PM – Closing Dance & Final Toast
Everyone gathers for one last big dance and a closing toast to celebrate the night. Guests are encouraged to take group photos and exchange farewells.
End of Celebration
11:00 PM – End of Celebration
The party concludes. Guests may collect belongings, take home party favors (if any), and say goodbye until the next celebration!
